Online Anxiety Therapy in Florida

If worry follows you through the day, if your mind races at night, or if you find yourself avoiding the things that used to feel manageable, you're not alone, and you don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through it. Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people start counseling, and it's also one of the most treatable. At Replenish and Renew Counseling, I provide anxiety therapy entirely through telehealth, so you can meet with a licensed mental health counselor from anywhere in Florida, whether you're in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, or a small town in between. No commute, no waiting room, just support from a space where you already feel comfortable.

What anxiety can look like

Anxiety shows up differently for everyone. You might recognize some of these:

  • Constant worry that's hard to turn off

  • Trouble sleeping, or waking up with your mind already spinning

  • A racing heart, tight chest, or restlessness that has no clear cause

  • Avoiding situations, people, or decisions because they feel overwhelming

  • Feeling on edge, irritable, or unable to focus

  • A nagging sense that something is wrong even when things are objectively fine

If any of that sounds familiar, therapy can help you understand what's driving it and give you concrete tools to respond differently.

How I treat anxiety

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), two of the most well-researched, effective approaches for anxiety. In plain terms, that means we'll work on identifying the thought patterns that fuel your anxiety, building practical coping skills you can use in the moment, and gradually helping you feel more in control of your own mind and choices.

For clients who want it, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates faith into the work. This is always your choice, and therapy is a judgment-free space whether or not faith is part of your journey.

What getting started looks like

Beginning therapy is often the hardest step, so I try to make it simple. You can request a free 15-minute consultation call where we'll talk about what you're experiencing and whether we're a good fit. If it feels right, we'll schedule your first full session, typically 50 minutes, and from there we'll usually meet weekly as we get started. I work with adolescents and adults ages 14 and up, and I accept Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Oscar, and United Healthcare, along with out-of-pocket and sliding-scale options.

You don't have to wait until it's unbearable

Many people tell themselves their anxiety isn't "bad enough" to justify getting help. But you don't need to be in crisis to deserve support. If anxiety is making your life smaller than you want it to be, that's reason enough.
