Maryann Dernlan, LMHC

Counseling changed Maryann’s life which led her to become a counselor, herself. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Christian Counseling (when applicable) to help her clients find healing and a greater sense of wellbeing. Maryann holds a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University The State University of New Jersey and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. She’s a wife, a mom, a dance teacher, and is grateful to help others find healing through counseling. She is a member of the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors.

After working at a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center and in private practice, Maryann founded Replenish and Renew Counseling in 2025.

From Maryann:

“Are you trying your hardest to make it seem like everything is okay when in reality you’re struggling? I am committed to meeting my clients where they’re at in order to help them identify boundaries to break unhealthy cycles in their lives to find freedom and experience healing. I work with adolescents and adults to help them find coping skills to treat their addictions, anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns so they can achieve the greatest level of wellness possible.”
